ircII help: bind previous_window

Usage: BIND <key> PREVIOUS_WINDOW
  Switches the "current window" to be the previous window in the
  window list.  This is the window "above" the current window on
  the screen.  At the top of the screen, this will jump to the
  bottom most window on the screen.
