ircII help: bind scroll_start

Usage: BIND <key> SCROLL_START
  This binding allows you to go to the start of the lastlog
  buffer immediately, rather than using SCROLL_BACKWARD
  a heap of times.  It is the opposite of SCROLL_END.
  Default binding is meta1-<.
