ircII help: dcc get

Usage: DCC GET <nick> <filename>
  DCC GET accepts a file transfer by direct client connection.
  If the filename is not supplied then it defaults to the first
  file offered by that nickname.
  The sender must first have offered the file with DCC SEND.
