ircII help: load local

Usage: LOAD local
  Local definitions, done by your ircII administrator, are stored in here.
  Local is executed at ircII startup automatically.

Additionnal commands available:
  The most important aliases in here, are these two aliases:
    COUNTRYWHO	Who-list of the people of your country.
    LOCALWHO	Who-list of the people at your site.

  With 'commander' you have these commands on ESC-d and ESC-h respectively.
