ircII help: set history

Usage: SET HISTORY <value>
  Sets the size of the command history circular buffer.  Setting
  HISTORY to zero disables the command history functions unless you
  have HISTORY_FILE set.  You must disable HISTORY_FILE to completely
  turn off command history.
