ircII help: set lastlog

Usage: SET LASTLOG <value>
  Sets the size of the lastlog buffer (See HELP LASTLOG).  This
  buffer keeps an in memory record of messages sent and received.
  If LASTLOG is set to 0, the lastlog function is disabled.
