ircII help: set max_recursions

Usage: SET MAX_RECURSIONS <A reasonable limit for alias recursions>
  This will limit the number of times that a particular alias can 
  call itself recursively.  (default is 10)
  To see how recursive aliases work take a look at the RECURSION script.
