ircII help: set status_insert

Usage: SET STATUS_INSERT <Status line text when in insert mode>
  The content of STATUS_INSERT are replaced in the STATUS_FORMAT
  variable for any occurence of %I while INSERT_MODE is ON.  If
  INSERT_MODE is OFF, nothing is displayed for %I.
