ircII help: set warn_of_ignores

Usage: SET WARN_OF_IGNORES [ON|OFF|TOGGLE]
  Turns OFF or ON warning messages that occur when you try to
  send a message to a nickname that you are ignoring.  When ON,
  you get a warning each time you attempt this.  When OFF, you
  get no warning.
